BRET Michaels has denied claims he had an affair with Miley Cyrus‘ mom, Tish Cyrus.

It had been reported that Bret got close to Tish — who’s being divorced by her husband Billy Ray — when the Poison rocker and Miley released the racy duet Nothing to Lose.

“Bret became close to the entire family when he and Miley released the racy duet Nothing to Lose,” a source told Us Weekly magazine.

“He and Tish soon began carrying on an on-the-sly romance.

“Billy Ray was completely unaware of what was going on.

“It was a professional relationship that turned into something more.”

But Bret — who raises two daughters with longtime love Kristi Lynn Gibson — has spoken out to set the record straight.

“This is someone stirring a pot,” his rep told the New York Post. “This is untrue. He respects the family and worked with Miley and Tish on a professional level.”

Tish and Billy Ray are splitting after 17 years of marriage and filed for divorce last week.
