Demi Moore in Rehab

DEMI Moore is in rehab.
The actress — who has not been spotted since a health crisis in January sent her to the hospital — is in a facility and not at home still in Los Angeles.
Moore, 49, checked into Cirque Lodge in Utah the week after her Jan. 23 hospitalization.
“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,” a source said.
Demi is being treated for addiction and an eating disorder.
