ADAM Levine is putting his family plans on hold — because he doesn’t think he could be a good parent right now.

The rocker admits that although he wants kids in the future, he is still like a child himself at the moment.

“I think I’ve got a few years before a family happens, if I’m honest,” he said.

“It’s going to happen, inevitably. I love kids and I want a family but I wouldn’t be able to be a very good father right now so I’m going to wait until I can be.

“I’ll slow it down when I have a family. I’m 33 but I’m still a baby in a lot of ways, the way that I act especially.”
