KATE Middleton might have been under the knife!

The British royal — who’s married to Prince William — has sparked speculation she’s been under the knife after showing off a fuller face at the Summer Olympics.

“It appears she had fillers done,” New York-based Dr. Robert A. Guida tells In Touch. Guida, who hasn’t worked with the Duchess of Cambridge, 30, says he suspects Botox and laser resurfacing came into play.

“Her skin looks fuller and very fresh.”

Meanwhile, it’s been claimed that Kate is pregnant.

The pair have reportedly been trying to conceive for some time and are “delirious with joy” over their baby news.

“Friends say Kate is convinced it’s happened, and while she and William are keeping the news close to the vest, they’re delirious with joy,” a source told Star magazine.

“A woman can always tell when the earliest signs appear, and it’s believe that a passionate night together at their rented country house on an estate in Wales, just after the end of the London Olympics, did the trick.”

Middleton is in the early stages of her pregnancy and she and William are holding off making a formal announcement to ensure the baby’s wellbeing.

“It would be formally through the palace press office, but only after the royal gynecologist is absolutely convinced that Kate is in peak condition,” said the source.

The news follows months of speculation that the pair has been eager to have a child, and in a previous interview Prince William refused to confirm or deny reports of a pregnancy.

“You won’t get anything out of me. Tight lipped,” Prince William told renowned journalist Kate Couric. “I’m just very keen to have a family and both Catherine and I, you know, are looking forward to having a family in the future.”

    This is utter nonsense. The woman had a fuller face before the engagement and always has a full face if photographed from a certain angle. When she becomes pregnant, she’ll have a fuller face that looks fresh.

    I do hope that she never gives a press interview and no amount of pressure will ever result in her doing so. She’s taking the royalty back to the days (pre Diana) when the wife of the Monarch accompanied and supported him, but DID NOT make press releases and so forth. There is some room to interview her about the charities that she is patron of, but only by her consent. Her consent will be the consent of her husband and the Queen and part of a strategy to get the focus on what good the Monarchy is doing…. and not on fashion. SO consent won’t be given..

    Katie Couric be damned. Her comments about Catherine Middleton’s weight are foolish and disrespectful. Focusing that kind of attention on Catherine is fanning the fires of celebrity which destroyed William’s childhood and killed his mother. Courcic has an obsequious smiley manner, but isn’t knowledgable or at all insightful about the Monarchy. She’s perky and boring.

    Yes, I’ve noticed that her face is much fuller especially when she went to the Olympic dinner (solo) — where she met David Cameron. To me she still looks old and hard. (To Canadian Observer — Diana only made press releases because Charles did the same thing first, making up stories about her to get the public to turn against her). It’s obvious that Kate has had botox since she seems completely unable to move her forehead. Whether she’s deliriously happy or sad — her forehead is unable to express any emotion whatsoever. This was especially evident at the Olympics when she kept pulling all of those faces — while everyone else was making normal faces. She’s so pretentious and plays up to the camera every time.
