Lily Allen Given US Visa

Lily Allen is coming to work in America -- after being granted her US visa.
"I got my U.S. visa today, yay!" said the 23-year-old -- who picked up a songwriting award for Smile at the BMI Awards in London Tuesday. "It means I can go and tour there and finish what I started, which is something I've wanted to do for a while."
Allen had her visa revoked -- and was forced to cancel a string of show dates -- in August 2007 after a scuffle with a photographer.
The singer -- who has blamed her record company for album delays -- also revealed that she finally has a title and a release date for her second album.
"It will be out Feb. 9 and – can I say the name of it?" she asked her manager. "It's called It's Not Me, It's You." As for the sound and tone: "It's different," she said coyly. "It's just ... different."
